Believe In Yourself Canvas and a Sweet Gift from Amy

Happy Friday!  The kids and I will be visiting Mom today and helping her with some yard work and cleaning.  I haven't seen enough of Mom lately and I'm going to enjoy our time together.
I'm so happy with the way my canvas turned out..and I love the message.

Oh what fun to go to the mail box and have a special package from AmyShe had so many little treasures tucked inside and a cute little handmade card!  We're talking clock parts galore, wooden bumble bee's, a sweet bunny tin with jelly beans inside, the cutest little yellow chick, beads, gold leaves, paper clips, ribbon and more!  Have a look :)

1912 Correspondence and Photo

Can you guess where I found this frame?  Yep, a thrift store.  I painted the green frame black and let it dry.  Then it was Mod Podge time!  I applied Mod Podge to random areas on the frame and then placed a page from an early 1900’s dictionary on top of the Mod Podge.  Let this dry completely and then sand off the excess paper.


Here’s how I started the frame and hanging cardboard.

I decided to leave off the moon…I liked it better with soft Prima goodness!
Use the Glue Glider Pro on the back of the vintage envelope and photo.
